Vacation in the Oetztal
In the middle of the old village center of Oetz is your holiday home that you can use all by yourself. Oetz offers a particularly wide range of leisure activities. From swimming in Piburger See, the Erlebsnisbad, to challenging mountain and climbing tours on the 2020 m high Acherkogel.
The modern and historic town center with all amenities and facilities can be easily reached on foot.
The fully equipped kitchen with a cozy corner seat invites you to cook together.
On the ground floor there is also a living-dining room with a sofa bed, where you can retreat to board games or watch TV, or you can read a good book by the crackling fireplace. From here you can control your favorite music for the house. There is also an additional separate bathroom on the ground floor with a shower, toilet and urinal. A washing machine and dryer are available to all our guests.
In the 1st Upstairs are 2 bedrooms with double beds and a spacious modern bathroom with a double shower that will impress you. From the covered balcony you have a wonderful view of the mountains and the valley.
On the second floor there is another bedroom with a double bed.
A ski boot heater is available to our winter sports guests.
WiFi is available free of charge in the house.

Ferienhaus Alpenblick / Ötz - Ein Haus mit Seele
Wir durften mit unseren Kindern und Zu-Kindern Gäste des Ferienhauses Alpenblick sein. Die Zeit haben wir sehr genossen! Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll restauriert und ausgestattet. Die Ausstattung ist mehr als komplett; das Haus wurde uns mega sauber übergeben. Wir haben uns direkt von der ersten Sekunde an extrem wohlgefühlt. Dass die alten renovierten HOLZ-Dielen knarren, fanden wir klasse (wurden vom Vermieter vorgewarnet). Gehört dazu, dass dieses Haus mit Seele sich mit uns unterhält.
Wenn es möglich ist, werden wir garantiert wiederkommen.

Naja….
Das Haus an sich war in Ordnung, qualitativ leider an manchen Ecken nicht ganz so top wie aufgrund des Internetauftrittes erwartet (Farbe blättert an vielen Stellen wie Wänden und Türen ab, fast alle Türen von Zimmern und Schränken lassen sich nicht sauber schließen, und das Bett im ersten Schlafzimmer quietscht bei jeder kleinsten Bewegung zum Gotterbarmen!).
Auch sollte man unbedingt wissen, dass das Haus für Menschen über 1,80m nicht wirklich geeignet ist, es besteht aufgrund der sehr niedrigen Türrahmen permanent Kopfstoß-Gefahr!
Von außen ist das Haus sehr wohlwollend fotografiert worden… ja, es sieht erstmal genauso aus - was man aber NICHT erkennt, ist, dass es direkt an ein mehrgeschössiges, herunter gekommenes 2-Sterne Hotel anschließt…. Optisch sehr schwierig! Das Hotel bekommt morgens zwischen 4:00-5:00 Uhr Lebensmittellieferungen, was auch nicht geräuschlos vonstatten geht.
Als letzter Punkt sei die Parkplatzsituation erwähnt - ein sehr aufmerksamer Nachbar hat uns direkt bei der Ankunft über die Parkplatzbesitzverhältnisse aufgeklärt. Das hatte aber letztlich sein Positives, denn ansonsten hätten wir den hauseigenen „Parkplatz“ wahrscheinlich erstmal nicht als Solchen erkannt. Er ist zwar beschildert, aber NICHT ausreichend groß, zumindest nicht für einen Wagen, welcher für die dem Haus entsprechenden Gästezahl benötigt wird, sondern eher für einen Wagen der Kompaktklasse (Golf oä.)
Alles in Allem hatten wir zwar Dank Traumwetter eine schöne Urlaubswoche, würden dieses Haus aber nicht nochmals buchen. Schade!

Schönes Bauernhaus
Altes kleines Bauernhaus mit viel Liebe modern hergerichtet, trotzdem bleibt der Flair erhalten. Bäder sind Topp, Küche komplett. Die Lage mittig im alten Ortskern macht das Auto fast überflüssig. Parkmöglichkeiten am Haus unzureichend,.

Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für ein verlängertes Wanderwochenende
Frisch renoviertes Häuschen, sehr stil- und liebevoll eingerichtet - eine Unterkunft zum Wohlfühlen. Netter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Was fehlt, ist ein bisschen Platz ums Haus herum.
