I was impressed by the historical atmosphere in this hotel. Clean, warm and comfortable room, client-oriented personal. Speed internet and comfortable workspace. In the morning we had delicious and variable breakfast. Unfortunately a had room this window to the backyard, but it's didn't spoil my impression about Otrada Hotel. I strongly recommend this hotel for business and recreation trip and travel in Odessa.
Hotel located in a calm part of the town, however after snowfall streets around the hotel were not cleaned from snow. Quite limited number of parkins spots around the hotel - if you are arriving by car you have to think about it. Rooms are clean and well maintained with all the accessories. Staff pretends to be friendly but speak English and Russian only, not Ukrainian even though I was speaking Ukrainian all the time - which was abusive for me as I don't want to speak a language of country which kills my compatriots and occupied part of the territory of Ukraine.
Its a great Hotel and I stay in many very helpful and caring staff. Its large enough for 24 hour service but not so large that you a number versus a guest. I consider this my home away from home. I suggest staying here if you have a chance.
boutique hotel ; about 25 rooms ; location in residential area but quite ; about 10 m. to city center by taxi ( 2-3 euro ) ; rooms are very clean ; bathroom is large with all amenities ; ( junior suite ). breakfast was nice ; not too much items but it's fresh & enogh ; the big nice story is the staff ; they are all very polite ; very helpfull ; to make the clients satisfied ; the g.m mrs alesya also was very high level lady ;
Centrally located, close to attractions and the beach. The staff was marvelous, and extremely friendly. The room was well maintained with modern amenities, and more electrical outlets readily available, than any hotel or motel I have ever stayed at.
It was exccelent,the room,the stuff,the wifi,the parking safe.I recommand this,hotel.When i will be back i,will stay here.The breakfast was ok but can be improve.We find the hotel easy with a gps,i dont know without how it can be.
Beautiful hotel close to the beach, excellent ratio and very good breakfast Far from the center you have to drive by car. The hotel is relatively small and has all kinds of rooms The small rooms are too small so you should choose the larger ones
A very nice boutique style hotel. Nice decor, very nice restaurant, outdoor area with a pool, with quality food and amazing service. Stylish in appearance and attitude and well priced. Close to the beach it offers so much. A tip is to go the larger room, ie Junior suite. The reception staff are amazing, very helpful.
A high lelev hotel by all criteria, from staff to breakkasts and drinks.The location is very good.The hotel has its own style and "soul". Everything is well even in small things.I especially want to note the professionalism and readinessto help in everything! Bodly recommend this nice hotel!
Tacky decor and brochures flacking cheap "luxury accessories" in the guest rooms suggests this hotel know its demographic. There's a motorcycle in the italo-baroque lobby. Mini-bar prices are extortionate -- higher than much better hotels in Kyiv. The staff is friendly though, and while the breakfast is subpar, the restaurant is pretty tasty at other meals. Not very conveniently located for anything but the beach, but Odesa isn't very big.
