iron, towels, bed sheets, new dishes! Located at the RC (with a balcony) of the residential complex under 24/7 supervision which will ensure you security and good nights sleep.
The sea, an ecologically clean beach "Chaika" (The Seagull), without
Steep climbs, with fine white sand, right and left, pantone and rocks for diving enthusiasts - a 5 minute walk.
The center of the nightlife "Arcadia with its discotheques and its
restaurants (The tram and minibus stop are right in front of
the residence) - 5 minutes by tram or minibus or 15-20 minutes on foot
along the "health trail".
The historical center of Odessa - 15-20 minutes by car and you are
on Deribasovskaya Street, near the famous Opera and Ballet Theater, and next to the famous Potemkin Stairs, the Privoz Market, the train station and the international airport!
