Shortly before we were set to arrive (from the US), the host informed us that we’d need to bring our own linens and towels or we could rent them from him. It was not posted in the listing that linens and towels would be an additional charge. We agreed to rent them from him and found them blood stained when putting them on the beds and informed the host we would not be paying extra for stained linens. Overall, the apartment was filthy. There were large dust bunnies all over the floors and the apartment was filthy overall. There was a large pile of rodent droppings on the balcony. The apartment is right above a bar. The bar doesn’t close until 2 am so it was very noisy. When the issue with the blood stained bedding was brought up to the host he informed me that I was being the typical American just looking for a discount at check out time and next time we should stay at the Hilton. I do not recommend this property.

Comme souvent maintenant le contact avec le propriétaire ne se fait que par messages puis sur place on récupère les clés dans une boîte. En rentrant dans l'appartement, un sentiment qu'il y a quelqu'un et qu'on s'est trompés. On devait avoir du linge de lit et de toilettes. A la place, on trouve une machine à laver pleine de linge humide et dans le sèche linge une serviette collée au fond. A côté des machines, il y avait pleins de bouteilles en verre vide et dans une des chambres un cigarette qui traîne à la portée des enfants. Le propriétaire se déplace excusant ce manque d'hygiène par un défaut de la femme de ménage. De plus, l'appartement se situe au dessus d'un bar donc la nuit c'est bruyant. Quel dommage car l'appartement pourrait avoir du potentiel.
