This sought-after location offers a short walk or bike ride to Springer’s Point Nature Preserve and the Ocracoke Lighthouse. Enjoy a relaxing stroll to Silver Lake Harbor. Live Oak Cottage offers an open floor plan. Relax on the front screened porch. 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath: Queen bed. Bathroom with shower. Amenities include central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, complimentary wireless Internet access, and cable TV. Dishwasher and microwave. Stackable washer and dryer. Sheets and towels are provided. Beds are made for your arrival. The exterior offers a screened porch, hot/cold outdoor shower, park-style charcoal grill, fish bench, and covered parking for one of two vehicles. No Smoking Permitted. No Pets. No Phone. Limit of 2 vehicles. Short Stays are available; there is a three-night minimum, and these stays can be booked within two weeks of arrival. Great place to stay!!!!! Everything went smoothly!! Only thing we would suggest is maybe having coffee filters for your guests. It does not cost much, but would have been nice to have. Also a full mirror would have been good. Our stay was RELAXING and Wonderful!!!! Thank you sooooo much.
