This property is just the right size to have lots to do, eat and relax while having the personal touch of its staff. The food was amazing. They did a great job of entertainment each night. We'll be back!

Every meal was excellent. Room service was timely. There was a variety of food items at the buffet. The front desk staff were professional and helpful. I will likely visit here again.

Decent hotel but very outdated. The hallways felt more like an insane asylum than a hotel. The rooms, even after upgrading, were tiny and in need of a serious makeover. The property doesn’t appear to have been updated since the 80s, maybe 90s. The staff was very friendly and mostly accommodating but they didn’t have much to work with either. The food was just ok, nothing exciting; it’s easy to bore of the food selections. Fresh seafood was only offered at one of the four restaurants and it was again, just ok. Snapper was in abundance but I was told by the staff that it wasn’t fresh. The property is a good 2hr drive from Montego Bay airport so don’t expect to be beachside as soon as you step off of the plane. I’ve visited many properties, this wasn’t the worst but it was by no means the best.

Great resort location and staff. Hotel is a bit dated and we did not receive our travel credit.

Let me sum it up: If you want to really relax, look no further than CTI. Immediately, we were greeted by the "legendary" Captain Kirk, the bellman extraordinaire. His service is rock star. As is the rest of the front staff. Check in is quick and you're up in your room ready to enjoy. We really look forward to the 60 second boat ride to the private island. It IS au naturel. There's a swim-up bar and lots of chairs to layout. It's not the "lifestyle" crew. PDA and that kind of behavior is not tolerated. Food is an 8/10 and the pool grill has some kickass veggie burgers(my wife's a vegetarian) and fish sandwiches. The French fries and onion rings are perfect for a mid-day snack. My only request would be this(on the food side): PIZZA!! Being the dorky foodie that we are, I scored two large pizzas from PIzza Hut on the ride in. Just needed something to munch on for late night(perfect for the fridge). We'll definitely be back soon and you should take the chance to go. You'll love it.

Couples Tower Isle was absolutely amazing. All the staff was very accommodating and treated the guests with absolute respect. This place is great and we will visit again!

First time to a foreign resort. This is a must visit hotel at a great location. Everything was included- everything. We will be going back again.

This Hotel was amazing, everyone was so helpful and friendly. There is so much to do if you want to be busy having fun. The glass bottom boat was a wonderful experience. The Beach Party and the Pool Party were fantastic. The staff was so busy and worked wonderfully together to make our vacation a memorible one. There is sailing, swimming, exercising, and of course Rum Punch.

Great food, amazing service, beautiful beach. Very, very accommodating. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

There is a lot to do, but if you were like us and didn't want to do anything this is perfect. Our room was 100 feet from the beach and we can hear the ocean in the frogs at night. Food was great with lots of it.

2nd year back and looking forward to next year! If your looking for a great place to relax you can't go wrong here.

The staff was amazing! Everyone was friendly, personable and very accomdating. Everything was just great and would highly recommend. Food was fantastic. Took a little getting used to not tipping all the time, but this is a fantastic perk because you don't need to carry money with you at all times. (Although, I did see some tipping, it was very rare, and not expected. I would have liked to see the staff refuse any tips, but I can't blame them.) Did our own shopping excursion instead of resorts. Glad we did because we were able to visit local markets as opposed to the mall-like tourists traps.

My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary. We were very excited as neither of us had been to Jamaica before. First, bring lots of cash for tips. EVERYONE has their hand out. Second, it is roughly 90 to 120 minutes ride from the airport to the resort. The drinks are watered down. So much so that I asked for a bottle of vodka and I did get one, full, opened and water downed. We requested to have our being changed daily (you have to put a tent card on your bed to request this). From what we could tell it was done. What we also found it was that they ONLY change the sheets, not the pillow cases or comforter. The beach is great. The water is awesome.

I would highly recommend Tower Isle. It is a great place for a nice, quiet vacation. The staff does a great job overall. The food could be improved a bit. We will go back there.

Tower Isle is NOT what it used to be!! 5 years ago Great. Fridge filled twice in 8 days. Friday Lobster Night, very disappointing! Dive staff could not be better.

Great value. Hotel includes airport transfers and activities like snorkeling, diving, water sports and even excursions! Location is a bit far out, but it's worth it. Buffet restaurant was much better than even the fine dining restaurant. Stick with the buffet! Swim up bar and the piano bar were the best. Very relaxing place. Rooms were very quiet. Spend the extra money for an ocean view...it was well worth the money. The view from the balcony was fabulous!

We weren't too impressed with this Couples resort. We stayed at Secrets in Montego Bay last year and it was so much nicer. Some of the staff at Tower Isle was attentive and nice while some weren't very eager to tend to the guests. If going back to Jamaica, we wouldn't stay at this resort again.
