I was pleasantly surprised about my experience at this apartment. I have stayed at Columbus Heights before and was not satisfied. This apartment was very clean and accommodating, and had a wonderful view fromthebalcony. It was like a little home away from home. Agent was pleasant and reachable. I would certainly stay there again, without a second thought.

The property is beautiful! Our pool was a little murky.

The condo was clean and enough space for the 3 of us. The only thing was our wifi signal was very very weak and the sleeper sofa needs replacing. The property is in a good location...close proximity to shopping and other adventure parks. Mrs Cherry was the icing on the cake...kept our place tidy and her cooking was most appreciated!

Lovenest Villa at Columbus Heights Ocho Rios

I love staying in this villa (Lovenest) because it'seems like being at home, yet I am vacation. You know with the amenities of hotel except food. That's no problem because I rather cook my own food. Everything i need to cook with is already in the villa. A few times i stay here, there was water in refrigerator.Housekeeper is sweet & professional & comes everyday. This villa is very spacious, WiFi & very nice patio to view pool, beach and overlook the town of Ocho Rios. I prefer staying here than resort, hands up. The overall property is OK. I will refer this villa to family and friends.

Priscilla AKA Rajean Claire's Villa

I was there from April 20-April 27 2015 and I love this villa, that hope to use it again soon. Everything is just like the pictures on the intenet. It was clean, beautiful, spacious, and housekeeper came everyday. I was able to cook my own food, though no oven in the villa. One to 4 people can rent this villa with comfort. This villa was well maintained because I had friends in 2BR 2BA villa in Columbus that look horrible, unclean, outdated furniture and appliances. Kudo to Claire for having such a wonderful place that feels like home. If anyone need to rent a villa in Ocho Rio, Jamaica, contact Claire because her villa is worth renting. All my friends have Claire contact information. Great job Claire and I will be contacting you soon.

If you're looking for a home away from home look no more,i would recommend this place for a nice romantic getaway there you will get the peace and tranquility you're looking for away from.I love to cook and let I say this I were so please the kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials equipment and utensils for cooking.I highly recommend this apartment and I will definitely staying there the next time I go to Ochi ( Sylvia &Hezron)

I Loved It !

Absolutely loved this apartment. This apartment is very clean and well kept, it lived up to my expectations. The house keeper was absolutely friendly, she was willing to assist me in whatever way she could. There is a beautiful view of the ocean and the town. As I sat on the Gazebo the breeze was so refreshing I was able to relax and unwind. If you are looking for a quiet get away this is absolutely the place to be. The complex is very quiet, I felt very safe as the apartment is in a gated and guarded community and there are also guards who walk the grounds at nights. I did not mind walking into the town going down was a breeze, coming back was a little challenge and it's an uphill climb but I took the opportunity to enjoy nature. Everyone on the compound was absolutley friendly; I really enjoyed my stay. I would recommend this spot for couples, girls get away or just as a home away from home. Loved it!

Gorgeous home away from home

This was my first stay in Ochi and boy oh boy did I make the right deal. This apartment is an absolute gem. The condo comes with amenities such as hot water, A/C, cable TV, balcony with a spectacular view, pool & tennis court usage. The photos come close but the live experience is even better. From the spectacular views to the wonderful housekeeper, you will truly feel at home while staying here. The housekeeper is wonderful and willing to aid in any way she can. From shopping for you to information on local spots, you can count on her. The property is located on a steep incline but not a problem to hike (and a breeze away if you have a rental like I did, or make use of local taxi) as it is very close in proximity (walking distance away) to the town shopping center, and local attractions such as Margaritaville, Dolphin Cove, and the cruise ship port. Claude, you and your family are truly wonderful owners. The love and pride of ownership are evident in the maintenance, décor, and modern look of the place, and I got a good sense of your pride and genuineness from our conversations. I felt like I was talking to someone whom I’ve known for ages. I will definitely stay here again , and will highly recommend it to anyone: strangers, friends, and family. If you ever want to sell, I know Mom is ready with an offer for you.

Perfect getaway!

I had an amazing weekend with my best friend last month at this beautiful condo! It was very clean, the staff was great, I felt safe, and the views are gorgeous. I would absolutely stay here the next time I go to Ochi and recommend it! As my friend Gen states, the pictures don't do this property justice. It's much nicer in person. The pool is footsteps away, and the beach is under a 10 minute walk. Everything is within walking distance (Town, restaurants, bars (margaritaville), the market, beach, etc)!

Absolutely gorgeous!

I can't say enough good things about this place. Having decided that we would stay away from all-inclusive resorts, my girlfriend and i rented the condo for the weekend while in Ochi. The pictures don't do it justice. This place is awesome, so clean and the bed my god...amazing! The staff was very courteous, grounds are beautiful. We did get quite a bit of exercise going up and down the hill but it was perfect. Beach along with everything else is a very short walking distance away. I wish we could have stayed our whole vacation here! I recommend to anyone, you will not be disappointed. Thanks again Claire for making everything so easy and pleasant, we will be back very shortly:)

Home ... Away From Home

I’ve stayed at this apartment on numerous occasions, most recently December 2009 to January 2010. The apartment is always well maintained and the décor is modern and cozy. The housekeeper is very pleasant and accommodating. The kitchen is well-stocked, providing all the essential equipment and utensils for cooking. The balcony overlooks a large shared pool which is only steps away. It also provides a good view of the ocean and the nearby mountains. The unit is located in the middle of the property and literally steps away from the parking lot. Therefore, you won’t have too far to haul your luggage and at night you’ll be able to find your way quite easily since there is very good illumination from the parking lot to the front door of the apartment. This is not true for all the units. The property is minutes away from the town and all the hip spots such as Dunn’s River Falls, Margarita Ville and Island Village, just to name a few. I highly recommend this apartment and will definitely stay there the next time I go to Ocho Rios.

Feels Like Home

My relatives and I have stayed at this apartment on several occasions and we’ve had nothing but the best experiences. It’s always a pleasure dealing with the owners. They are honest and unpretentious … they deliver exactly what they promise: from the location, to the apartment, to the wonderful housekeeper. You won’t be disappointed! The apartment is very clean and well maintained … pride of ownership is evident. The housekeeper is very personable and willing to help in whatever way she can … all you have to do is ask. The complex is very well situated. It is on a hill which overlooks the city and the ocean, so you can just sit on the balcony and enjoy the scenery. It's a nice uphill walk to get to the apartment (about 10 minutes from the foot of the hill) or a cheap cab ride if you're busted at the end of the day. You are close enough to the action if that’s what you’re looking for because the craft market, various shopping complexes and night life all await at the foot of the hill and Dunn’s River Falls is only minutes away. However, it’s also far enough away (or high enough away) that you don’t have to feel like you’re in the hustle and bustle at the end of a long day. I will definitely continue to recommend this property to everyone!
