Cute clean condo with plenty of room

Surprised by how roomy it was. The train is a bit noisy but it didn’t bother us or wake us. We love north Coast village. It was clean and we had everything we needed. Loved that they had some ziploc bags for us.

Spur of the moment trip

Very pleased with my spur of the moment condo selection. The grounds were beautiful and condo in a quite safe location with a parking space 👍. Not a fan of the solar view but all I had to do was walk outside and the grounds were beautiful. And close to the ocean. I’d come again!

Vacation in the time of Corona

We have been coming to North Coast Village since 2017, the complex had to deal with the pandemic this time, so we needed pool reservation and wear a mask in common areas, but they did the best they could. First time staying at this condo, it was well represented by the pictures, clean when we arrived and well stocked. Beach toys and chairs on the deck were a plus! The train noise might bother light sleepers, we were fine, and they did provide a white noise machine and earplugs if needed. Would for sure rent here again, thanks!

G202

Everything would be good other then when we checked in the bedding was wet and when we took it off it smelled strongly like urine, we placed it on the balcony. It was unpleasant to say the least. Things like these should be unacceptable considering we paid cleaning fee. Good thing we brought our own bedding

Beach Time

This is my second stay at North Coast Village and my first stay at this condo. I highly recommend this condo for people visiting military family members due to the closeness to Camp Pendleton. The condo is just steps from the beach and the harbor. It is a gated community with underground parking. It was well stocked with many updates. Beautiful kitchen and bathroom! You do hear some trains, but they never bothered us. The complex was lit up for the holidays. You are within 45 minutes of San Diego and attractions. We enjoyed Sea World, Behind the scenes adventure at San Diego Safari Wildlife Park, the Garden light show for the holidays at the Botanical Center, and finally Oceanside Adventures over at the harbor for a whale watching tour. While we didn’t see whales we saw dolphins. I would recommend this to all who would like a beach getaway!

Great rental for small family

Really enjoyed the condo and the amenities provided by North Coast Village. The condo was clean and modern. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, the king bed was very comfortable, and our child slept well on the sofa sleeper. There were one or 2 things about the condo you need to know. 1st there is a train nearby and can get loud. For us it was not an issue as we all slept through it and there were not too many trains going through while we there. Honestly we barely noticed the trains. Second, the WiFi is reallllly slow. If you have kids who use iPads and phone, it may not be fast enough to do much. Even with those 2 things it was a wonderful condo for the price and Oceanside was the perfect place to base our San Diego vacation.

Clean, comfortable and convenient

My husband and two kids (9 & 7) and I stayed here for 6 days over the Thanksgiving holiday. The proximity to the beach was awesome, loved the tommy Bahama chairs that were available to take down to the beach with us, a super short walk. The king sized bed was very comfortable (no back ache!) and the kids had no complaints about the pull out sofa bed. The kitchen was fully equipped and the pool was wonderful as well. We would definitely stay here again if we come back!

We love this gated property. We have stayed in this complex 3 times now while visiting our Marine son. This unit is well maintained and decorated well. The kitchen could use some updating in dishes, utensils, and skillets. Thank you for a lovely week!

Nice decor and comfortable rooms

Overall, everything was very good. The biggest issue we had was the noise of the Coaster that ran behind the condo late into the night and early in the morning.
