Inside this third-floor retreat, you'll find three comfortable bedrooms and an open floor plan that includes a well-equipped, full kitchen with granite countertops and new LG stainless steel appliances, a dining table for meals or game nights, and an inviting, sunlit living area with a 55" smart TV. Both the primary and secondary rooms are equipped with smart TVs.

Outside, relax on your large, fully-furnished balcony where you can dine alfresco or enjoy evening cocktails and refreshing ocean breezes.

You and your guests will also have access to a wide variety of resort amenities on-site including a pool, hot tub, fitness room, and community room with a pool table for when you're craving a little friendly competition.

This property has a 31-night minimum stay.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
