The property boasts a private deck with panoramic doors, perfect for enjoying the ocean breeze and stunning views. The outdoor area includes a BBQ grill, allowing you to cook up a feast while taking in the coastal ambiance.

There is no street or sidewalk between you and the water. The villa is right on the ocean. You will love being out on your private beachfront patio every evening, as you watch the magnificent sunsets. Your private beachfront patio is equipped with your own dining table, lounge chairs and a BBQ.

All homes in Oceanside, CA sit behind a rock barrier protecting the homes from storm surges. The amount of sand beyond the rock barrier varies quickly with storms and tides and may have more or less sand than what is shown in the photos.

For your convenience, we provide a starter kit of essential items to get your stay off to a comfortable start. This includes a small supply of dishwashing pods, laundry pods, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper. Please note that these items are provided as a courtesy and are not intended to last for the entire duration of your stay. Guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies as needed.
