Stroll to the beach, the harbor, and the heart of downtown Oceanside from this three-story condo, incredibly situated only one block from the ocean. Surfer or beachcomber, you'll return home each afternoon to two private decks with a commanding sunset view and a peek of the ocean down the street.

With garage parking for two vehicles, this condo makes it easy to leave your car behind and walk to the best of Oceanside. The beach is just across North Pacific Street, while downtown Oceanside - home to wonderful restaurants, bars, and the Oceanside Pier - is half a mile south. It's the perfect location for long walks or bike rides along The Strand, Oceanside Harbor, and the San Luis Rey River Trail.

After a beautiful morning spent at the beach (with chairs, an umbrella, and towels provided), stroll home to make the most of the condo's outdoor space. Of the two decks, one is ideal for afternoon barbecues in the sun and the other offers a shady spot where you can sit back with a good book.

The large, open living space is on the middle of the three floors, bringing together the kitchen, dining room, and living room beneath lofty ceilings and generous windows. Enjoy stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, ample space to dine at both the breakfast bar and the lengthy dining room table, and a fantastic living room with plush sofas where you can watch movies and play board games by the gas fireplace.

Of the three bedrooms (one upstairs, two downstairs), each is paired with its own full bathroom. The third bedroom is upstairs as a large loft. A washer/dryer and complimentary WiFi are provided as well.
