what a great turn out our family loved it well maintained home on the beach clean and the owners were so helpful she let us know where all the hot spots were i will never forget the time we spent with our kids before they went to college also building sand castles on our own beach was great love the area

We loved this house!

The location is perfect. Close to the Oceanside pier but far enough away have some privacy. This house was clean with plenty of beach towels. I would stay here again. We loved our week here.

One year later and we are STILL saying this was our best family trip ever

This was such a perfect spot for our family with two young sons. My husband and I are regretting not booking for this summer, and look forward to coming back Summer 2016. We loved every minute of our trip!

The property is absolutely awesome...couldn't ask for anything else when looking for a rental on the beach! Location, grass, private beach, living space, and general accommodations is perfect for renters!! The owners are awesome and make sure that all of your needs are met...I highly recommend renting from this owner!

Sand, Surf and Sun

A beautiful scenic view of the ocean. The sunsets were magnificent, and the fire ring kept us cozy. We enjoyed or stay here so much we can't wait to book a return trip.

Loved the property!

We had a wonderful vacation. The private beach was perfect during high tide. We loved the views in the morning and at sunset. The cottage feel was just perfect for our beach vacation. We are planning on renting it next year.

This is our second time to enjoy this home! Plenty of room, quaint, clean, linens are fabulous, we are so great full to be able to make so many wonderful memories with family and friends!

We had a great stay. Perfect location, great amenities, and Kim was great to work with. we will be back again. We loved the street markets and restaurants. The children liked getting ice cream at the drug store

when i got this beach house for my family i did not realize how it would effect us we came home so relaxed and wanting to go back the food around there was great and close with in walking distance must try port a sub must rent this house i highly recommend it

We enjoyed this location very much. The house is old but decorated very nice and kept clean. Beautiful back yard to relax and enjoy the view. Fire pit was my favorite. Very easy to work with.

Just Wonderful

The Swanky Oceanfront Home was everything I expected and more! Tastefully decorated, very clean, everything I needed for my long weekend getaway. Loved that it was walking distance to the Pier, restaurants, spa's, shopping.
