★ Please remember, as this is a house, as opposed to a hotel, staff is unavailable for in-person, ad-hoc requests. But we will do our best to accommodate all guests and solve problems that may arise asap.

★ Cleaning Service – Your health and safety are our priority. We make sure to implement a professional and well-sanitized clean after each guest checks out, which includes careful cleaning of the refrigerator, remote controls, and light switches.

You will be asked to provide a copy of your official and valid government-issued photo ID and a valid credit card with a name that matches, confirm your contact details, pass through our verification portal, and sign a guest agreement. In certain circumstances, you may also be asked to complete a criminal background check.
