Bear Trap Dunes comes with 2 outdoor pools, a heated indoor lap-sized pool, hot tub, two saunas, indoor showers adjacent to the pools, six Har-Tru tennis courts, basketball courts, ping-pong, a well-appointed fitness center, outdoor theater, onsite restaurant, shops, and two playgrounds. Golf can be purchased through the Pro Shop. To access amenities renters may purchase passes at the prevailing rate established by the association. Passes may be purchased up to the allotted housing limit by accessing the website or purchasing at the Pavilion during normal operating hours. Children under the age of 4 do not require a pass.

Linens will be at the property prior to check in. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towels.
