Enjoy a good night's sleep in the owner's suite with a king bed, futon, and work desk. The attached bathroom has a shower, tub, and double vanity. The deck outside comes with a gas grill for some outdoor cooking. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a TV, while the third bedroom offers a queen bed and a floor futon.
Unwind in the spacious living room with a large-screen TV and a grand piano. The fully stocked kitchen includes a K-cup and regular coffee maker, waffle iron, toaster oven, and all the essentials. Choose between the breakfast table or the dining table for your meals. Take it easy in the screened-in porch with comfy seating - perfect for some quiet time after a long day at the beach.
This neighborhood is 12 minutes from the beach and offers an excellent outdoor pool, clubhouse with a fitness center, sauna, game room, tennis courts, basketball court, indoor pool, playground, and a shuttle service to the beach from different stops throughout the community. Golf may be purchased through the Pro Shop. To access amenities renters may purchase passes at the prevailing rate established by the association. Lovely, spacious home
Well appointed home with everything we needed to enjoy our end-of-summer beach vacation. The gas fireplace added to the ambiance and took the chill away from the cool nights. We're hoping to rent again next year!

Bethany Beach vacation
The neighborhood was beautiful. We pulled up to the house and were pleasantly surprised at the curb appeal. When we went in the house, it was so much bigger and spacious than we thought! There was room for everyone and it was very neat and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was a great location, we could easily go to Bethany Beach or it was an easy drive to Ocean City.

Great place
Loved the area and property. Pool passes do cost extra. The piano was a great touch, as well as the screened in porch and deck. Since it was near the fourth there was a few houses down, where they set off fireworks. I think either because of the management or another neighbor, they were over within an hour. Would recommend, especially if you have a dog.
