Short distance to the Delaware beaches, Amato's Pizza, Ocean View Brewing Company, Royal Farms, CVS Pharmacy, The Big Iguana, Ocean View Restaurant, Bonkey's Ice Cream and MORE!!! Plenty of parking, linens and bath towels provided

The Space:
Renovated home with tons of amenities and a game room!!!

Guest Access:
Smart lock on the door & you will receive a unique door code for your stay; arrival instructions will be sent out several times during the week leading up to your stay VIA EMAIL.
If you do not sign the renter agreement, the arrival instructions will not send out. Please ensure that is properly signed when you book to make it easier.

The rental process was very easy and the renter was very communicative and responsive. The house is very nice and renovated with a game "shed". The only downside to the game shed was it was a bit disheveled and had some bugs here and there (ants and spiders) along with the house. However, we noticed one of the room fans didn't work properly and they brought a working one right away. The property was on the "main strip" but also made it easy to get anywhere in and around Bethany Beach.

Home was nice, the property was clean. Lots of ants and spiders inside the home and the game room was in a separate area that wasn’t the cleanest. Despite the bugs, it was a Great fit for our family and we would stay again.
