Perfect Bethany Beach Getaway

This was our first stay in Bethany Beach~ Great location to the beach with beautiful views of the bay. Loved that the supermarket was just down the street! The house is well appointed with spacious rooms and decorated beautifully!!!! Kitchen had everything we needed! The pool was great and never crowded; loved that it was a mix of owners and renters~ as the neighbors were friendly and welcoming.

Family Vacation summer 2024

Wonderful townhouse with a bay view. Very nicely decorated. Kitchen had everything we needed. Great location, only a short drive to the Indian River Public beach which had lifeguards. Grocery store was very close. Community amenities were very nice and the pool could be seen from the porch and a quick, easy walk. Community had lots of parking! Would definitely rent this unit again!

Perfect place!

Very clean from top to bottom. Comfy beds. New paint. Nice furniture. Fantastic in home amenities. Communication was flawless. Great home! Beautiful views and fun clubhouse. Feedback for the HOA and board of the community; The railings along the marsh and pond near the house are dangerous, loose and footing falling apart. One section was zip tied. My kids are older and I wasn’t as worried but little kids could easily be injured or worse. That needs to be rectified and fixed asap.
