Second year staying here. Plenty of room and parking, water view, nice decks and screened porch. Perfect affordable family rental. Short drive to Bethany and Fenwick. Dog-friendly. Well-equipped with water access, kayaks, outdoor shower, individual air conditioning units, fans, and wifi. Will come back again!!

Older cottage in a beautiful setting
The property was very much as pictured. It's an older beach cottage in a quaint bayside community. We did have an issue with ants during our stay which was communicated to the management office as well.

Nice dog-friendly BayFront cottage
Pros: Nice bayfront cottage with wonderful screened-in porch and several items provided not listed (cards, puzzles, some toiletries, kayak w/life vest etc) TVs in main room and 2 bedrooms (although only firestick is in LR) Dog-friendly with great yard two decks, and good parking. Easy check in and linens and towels part of rental fee, Quiet area, no traffic, outside shower. Cons: older home with all wood inside (ago -lile), no cable tv?, lots of ants in and out of house (although they are everywhere to be fair), no forks, no dishwasher, 20 minute drive to beach. Overall: We would definitely stay there again

Unique Bungalo home with peaceful location
Family of 4 stayed for 4 nights. Has some updates. AC is mini splits in some rooms, not all. Ceiling fans in every room. Musty/moldy smells in some rooms. Outdoor shower algae covered and slippery. Thankfully, location was the best asset!

Even better than last year.
Returned to the same property we rented this ime last year. The property was very much the same as we remembered it except it just felt "newer". It was immaculately clean and I guess the bedlinens had been refreshed or something but in any case, it was , I have in the title, better than before.
