This beautifully decorated, three-story townhome has three primary bedrooms, ensuites, and a powder room, providing comfortable accommodations for eight people. It's located in the community of Bethany Marina, close to shopping, restaurants, and area attractions. While here, feel free to take a swim in the community pool or stroll the docks.
The first floor has a bedroom with a queen bed, desk, television, full bath with shower, and a first-floor balcony. The second floor has a dining area, kitchen with newer appliances, bar area, living room, television, game cabinet, and access to the balcony. The second-floor balcony has 12' of bar tables and six barstools overlooking Whites Creek, perfect for your morning coffee. The 3rd floor includes the primary bedroom, an additional bedroom, and a laundry closet. The primary has a queen-sized bed, television, private balcony overlooking the water with elevated seating for 2, and a master bath with double sinks and shower. The additional bedroom has four twin beds and a private bath with a tub/shower.

THINGS TO KNOW: Linens are not supplied. However, we do offer a rental package to guests. Insurance is required to access the boat slip. No pets and no smoking!
