LUXURY!! Beautiful home with many custom upgrades just 1.5 miles to the beach. This two level home has over 3600 sqft and all the bells and whistles. Picnic table for 8 in back with corn hole and family games inside and out.. Three bedrooms and 2.5 baths on the main floor and 1 bedroom, full bath and loft space on the second floor. No smoking in or on property. No loud parties or celebrations. If an event is reported to the HOA, this will result in an immediate eviction from the property and forfeiture of all monies paid.

-Saturday to Saturday rentals only (7 night minimum required)
-Linens and towels are not provided but are available for an additional fee of $320
-Bedding: Bedroom 1: King, Bedroom 2: Queen, Bedroom 3: Queen, Bedroom 4: Bunk-bed, Loft: Bunk-bed, 2 Double sleep sofas (sleeps 14)
-Location: 1.5 miles to the Bethany
-Pets : Not allowed. Owner does have a dog.
