5 Bedroom townhome end unit in Ocean View Beach Club community! Pool, Fitness center, Beach Town, Sauna, and Weekend Shuttle!

Enjoy your Bethany Beach Vacation in the comfort of this beautifully decorated 5 bedroom home in Ocean View Beach Club. This home boasts an open floor plan, a well-equipped kitchen with an oversized island, and plenty of seating. There is a living area on the first and second floor, both with large flat-screen televisions and large comfortable couches. The first and second-floor master bedrooms offer king-size beds and large private baths with walk-in showers. On the second floor, there is a shared bathroom with a shower tub combination for the bedroom with two full beds and the bunk beds room. The 5th bedroom has a king-sized bed and offers a private full bathroom with shower tub combination as well.

Be sure to take advantage of the many amenities this community offers, including a magnificent community pool, billiards, gym, sauna, and shuttle to the boardwalk and beach in downtown Bethany.

Amenity passes will be $35 per person for the 2024 summer season starting Memorial Day (subject to change by the Community and not all amenities may be available per Community's discretion)

Bethany Beach is home to many award-winning restaurants, a quaint boardwalk with unique shops, and beautiful beaches. It is ideal an ideal getaway for families, couples, and groups.

Linens will be at the property prior to check in. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towels.
