Lovely two story townhouse in Bayside at Bethany Lakes is beautifully furnished and ready for your vacation! The main living level is spacious and comfortable with a large dining area and living room with a TV (this is the only TV in the house that has a cable connection)and a wet bar. The kitchen shares space with a second, less formal eating area and a comfortable den with a large screen TV (with no cable connection). At the back of the house, overlooking a picturesque pond is an open deck and a screened porch. All of the bedrooms are on the second floor. There is a master suite with a king size bed and bathroom with a free standing shower and a garden tub. The second bedroom has a king size bed, also with an en-suite bath. The other two bedrooms share a large hall bath; one offers a king sized bed and the other offers 2 twins with trundle beds under each. There is a smart TV in every Bedroom but no cable connection. The community has a beautiful clubhouse with a game room and lounge overlooking White's Creek. There is an indoor and an outdoor pool. There are restaurants and grocery shopping within a half mile and the beach is only a five minute drive. Sleeping 12, this home offers everything you could need for a comfortable yet luxurious family vacation! Guest pays a $160 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights. No Pets. Sheets and towels are not included, but are available for rent. For use of community amenities: $6.50 per day per person. (ages 6+) Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage insurance policy covering $3000 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2000. Policies of lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount is not reflected in the VRBO quote.
