Not to mention the laidback vibe that truly is the Mississippi Gulf Coast. You’re also less than 10 minutes to the Biloxi casinos and the family fun that Margaritaville offers, including Paradise Pier.

The space:
This beautiful brand new 2BR/1BA condo is perfectly located in downtown Ocean Springs and is only a short golf cart ride to the beach. Featuring all new appliances, new queen beds with amazingly comfortable Nectar branded mattresses, a fully functional kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, smart tv's, new furniture, new EVERYTHING. You're only a few steps to the pool and some fun in the sun. Get some sand in your toes on Ocean Springs Front Beach which is less than a mile away. You can also get in some cardio by walking the beautiful Biloxi-Ocean Springs bridge which gives a view like no other. Shopping, restaurants, local art, everything that makes Ocean Springs attractive is nearby. But you'll be far enough away from the downtown nightlife to rest and relax when it's time to catch some Z's. If you're looking for comfort, beauty, location and value THIS is the one!

This is an entire condo so no worries with sharing space with anyone else. Well except for YOUR guests of course!
Other things to note
-Due to insurance requirements booking guests must be at least 25 years of age and must be present during the entire stay.

-We have a strict no pet policy which includes emotional support animals.

-Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM

-Out of respect for our neighbors, no parties or large gatherings are allowed.

-Due to the strong potential for same day bookings, late departures are not permitted as our cleaners need time to prepare between guests. Checkout is 10:00 AM on your departure date.

-This condo is our personal vacation home and we take pride in it. We expect you to take as much care of it as we do. But we do understand that accidents can happen. Should any issues arise resulting in damages to our property, you are expected to notify us IMMEDIATELY so that we can address the issues.

This place is exceptional! The pictures don't do it justice. Very well kept and up to date. Has a sound machine for those that need sound to sleep by. We only used one bedroom and it had a remote control ceiling fan! Didn't even know they made such a thing. Has everything you need for your stay and then some. The neighborhood is quiet. I recommend this place and area 1,000%.

Place is accurately described and picture are true and current. Did not realize this was second floor so thete are stairs. It was not an issue for us but could be. Kitchen seemeded to be adequately stocked. Both beds have very firm mattress. Nice location near down OS. Close to the main drag through town with lots of shopping and restruants. Close to Biloxi too. I guess i missed in listing that laundry is in a nearby other building, but its nice having seating, foosball table, and table/chairs to use. It does require quarters. Would stay here again when in the area.

Enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo. The unit is clean and well equipped. The town is the cutest and has lots to do. Highly recommend adding the golf cart option. Looking forward to returning soon.
