Family Gathering

My brother lives nearby. He wanted his siblings to visit and see his house but he didn't have enough room for us all to stay. The beachfront location of this house and the porches and outdoor seating was so nice. We had plans to tour around but ended up staying at the house to enjoy visiting and enjoying the beach and view. We grilled and ate indoors at the long tables inside that had seating for all. We loved how the cabinets were stocked, labeled and organized. This was my first vrbo and I really enjoyed it. Good location for walkingvto shops and sights.

Golf/Basketball Outing

Bobby's place is in a great spot on the beach and was perfect for our group of 7 golfers. Great deck with plenty of furniture to enjoy a cocktail and the view of the ocean.Plus he provided excellent weather for us as well!!! Thank you!!

Best Views!

Our group had the absolute best time in OIB. The house is perfect for large groups who just want to hang out together whether indoors or out. It’s directly on the beach and the porch is a little slice of heaven! We spent 7 days but could’ve stayed forever! Definitely going back asap!!!

Beautiful Beach Wedding

This property was ideal for my daughter's destination beach wedding. The deck and boardwalk to the beach is absolutely perfect! We had plenty of room for our immediate family to stay and we held the reception in the covered parking area. Other guests stayed at the beach side motel just a few doors down the road totally within walking distance. My daughter and son-in-law loved it so much they are planning a return trip next year and feel they have found their family beach vacation spot.

Perfect vacation

This place was amazing for our family vacation! The location is perfect and the house itself is wonderful and stocked with everything you could need! Plus, Bobby was available for all questions ahead of time and during our stay. If you are considering booking a pet friendly house for your family vacation, this is the place! We will definitely be back!

Friend beach trip

The house was well stocked with just about everything we needed. The listing says there are hair dryers. There were not hair dryers, however as soon as we notified Bobby that there were not hairdryers, he sent three new hair dryers to the house. Thank you Bobby.

Great place!

Great house in a great location. Easy walking distance to the pier, shops and restaurants. The owner provided lots of little extras that made the stay even better. Comfortable beds. I'd definitely recommend the house to others and would stay there again.

What a great vacation stay!!

We made it down on Friday to check in and found the location to be perfect for our group! The house was clean, comfy beds, lots of room, decorated so perfectly for the beach, and well stocked with everything we could have imagined! Basically we could have just brought our clothes and it would have still been a great stay!! We will return given the opportunity and recommend this place for any large group!

Great ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐location for Restaurants,putt putt, ice cream,gift shops. Along with Deer visiting daily

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Location with 😯 Deer Visits Daily We would definitely recommend this Great house. It has everything you need and was very close to many things to do like Putt Putt, Gift Shops, Arcade, Ice Cream Shop and Restaurant's. We will be back. The Host Bobby was awesome and was there if we had any questions and he offered many suggestions on Restaurants along with giving us advice on Tropical Storm Debbie and what to expect and do when it came on shore. They also have great neighbors (Deer) that came and visited around 6:30-7:00 every morning 🙂

Great Family Vacation

We have been staying at OIB for about the past 25 to 30 years. This rental was truly the best equipped unit in which we have stayed. We appreciated the extras that were provided (i.e. kitchen spices, kitchen & grilling equipment, beach chairs, corn hole set, laundry & dish detergent, towels, beach towels, linens, etc.) We enjoyed the grilling area and it was pleasant even during the heat of the day. We enjoyed the great ocean breeze from the porch swing on the lower level as well as from the rockers on the upper level. There was also excellent owner communication. It was a relaxing vacation for all and hope for a repeat next year!
