Beautiful!

Everything is so lovely. The kids loved the board games! We messed up and didn't empty the dishwasher, just ran it! So sorry! Wish we had planned for more days here, it is amazing.

OIB Starboard condo

Property was clean and as described. Kitchen had everything you need. Short walk to the beach. Pool was out the front door and another pool on the beach. Will stay again when we return to our happy place … Ocean Isle Beach.

Fantastic location in high ammeters quiet neighborhood

We have been coming to OIB since 2010 and this was one of our best stays. Condo easily slept 9 - in a quiet neighborhood so slept very well. Bathrooms are updated with plenty of hooks and space. Living room well situated for movie night. Kitchen well stocked with utensils and basic oil and salt and pepper. Plenty of plates and serving utensils to serve two meals without running the DW. Storage closet on ground level has two bikes and wait for it a SHIBUMI!!! 5 min easy walk to the beach. Pool right next to condo. Overflow lot with four spaces if you have more than two cars. Will stay here again - Jennifer was responsive with all of our questions!!!

Summer Vacations

Overall the place and location worked well for our family. We had stayed in this area two years ago so knew where to swim and walk to the beach. It’s an easy walk to the beach. Spacious and plenty of room for our family of 5. The master bedroom was hot while sleeping. Needs more circulation. Also, whoever had been there before us didn’t clean up the stove and oven from food droppings, so everytime we cooked, it smelled like we were burning something. The kitchen has plenty of plates, cups, utensils, but needs tongs, and dishes with lids.

Comfortable Condo

My family of 5 enjoyed out stay at this condo. It was comfortable, clean and very quick walk to the beach. We also enjoyed use of the pool, tennis court and the beach chairs/umbrella in the storage closet.

First Trip to Ocean Isle in Years

We hope to stay at this listing again in the future. We had plenty of space as just two people when staying inside during the rain, and the kitchen was certainly helpful with plenty of cookware/dishes/seasoning, an ice maker, and dishwasher. We only had one question the whole time, but J responded super quickly. Highly recommend!

Perfect weekend getaway

Loved my weekend here. Condo was close to the beach, plenty of amenities near by. And ample room for my wife and 3 kids. The sunset on the water down the street stole the show for the kids. Cant wait to return

Disappointed

The stay this time was disappointing. First of all I did not want to do this survey but I think you need to know. I rented this place because it was not pet friendly. Found out that pets had been in the condo and I just did not feel comfortable. I paid for “No Pets Allowed”. We also found some roaches, alive and dead. The reason for not staying again is the stairs but that is not your fault. Thank you for opening up your beach home and it is a lovely place. “OCD”

Great location and wonderful place to stay.

My family and I stayed for 6 nights, to enjoy the beach, and local golf. We were extremely pleased with the unit, it was comfortable, clean and had so many amenities. Owner was very helpful answering questions. Loved Ocean Isle Beach and the area. One small warning, there are a lot of stairs up to the unit if you are an old guy with hockey knees (like me), trying to carry suitcases and groceries, but other than that, it exceeded our expectations, and we would stay their again, in spite of the stairs.

Home again at he beach

Walking in at first made us feel like we were at home, with the cleanliness and the fresh smell. At that point we went ahead and scheduled our next visit for the Oyster Festival in October. The home is real spacious and comfortable. We love Ocean Isle and we will make this stay as long as we can. There was one annoying thing in the home and it was the noise from the refrigerator but we slept right through it and will come again. Being over 60 years of age, the stairs was not my friend but I will come again as long as my knees will let me climb the stairs. This home get not a 5 star rating but a 100 star rating 😄😄🚗😄

Feels like Home

This condo was the perfect size for our family of 6! Everyone was able to have their own bed, and enough room to spread out and have our own space. I am a clean freak, the fact that we were able to come into a nice clean place was a big plus for me! Bringing our own sheets and towels didn’t bother us, I usually pack our own anyway, to us, it feels nice to sleep in your own bedding. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need and it was nice to have a full sized washer and dryer!! My daughter read a book from the owners library and we even were able to have a family game night with the many games they have to choose from. You can sit out on the deck and still hear the waves crashing from the beach!! The walk to the beach was easy and about 3 minutes. The pool by the beach was a big winner for our kids when they were tired from fighting the waves. We were very pleased with this family friendly condo and hope to stay here again.
