We enjoyed our stay at the Seabreeze lodge! Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals and the grill also worked great! The view is INCREDIBLE…stunning, crystal clear blue waters! The kayaks and paddle boards were awesome. We took them to the sandbar just off shore and explored. Also took them all the way to the island in the distance across from the house at high tide and kayaked to the nearby blue hole as well. Joanes, the property manager was very helpful and responsive. The house has a few things that could be fixed/updated but it is priced accordingly and it did not negatively impact how much we enjoyed the property. As some other reviewers mentioned, the roads are very rough getting there but the minivan we rented handled it fine as long as we went very slow once off the main highway :). One other note, the laundry room is beneath the house and can only be accessed from outside…again, this did not negatively impact our stay but it did take us a minute to find it when we got there.

We had a wonderful time at the Seabreeze. The house was perfect for our family of 6. We really enjoyed the easy access to the water and sand bar right behind the house. Kids enjoyed finding star fish and watching the sting rays swim by. The house was comfortable for us and no issues. Perfect spot to watch the sunset!!

We recently stayed at this waterfront property and overall it delivered on what was promised. The home itself was exactly as advertised, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for our stay.What truly sets this place apart is the view. Absolutely stunning. Waking up to the water each day was the highlight and made the experience feel special.That said, the road leading to the property is quite rough and a bit sketchy, especially if you’re arriving at night or in a standard rental car. We had a minivan and managed ok but just something to be aware of and plan for.All in all, if you’re looking for a place with an incredible waterfront setting and don’t mind a slightly adventurous drive to get there, it’s definitely worth it.

The location and having a pool, kayaks and paddle boards were wonderful for the grand children. The house was clean, though could use a little updating. A new washer was delivered the day before we left. An instruction list wasn’t provided at our arrival which would be helpful for those not having cell signal.such as us to contact the property manager and password to joining WIFI. Some additional wash clothes and hand towels would be niceOverall, it is a beautiful place. We see stingrays, turtles and a nurse shark. It was one of the most relaxing vacations we have had. Definitely would stay here again!

The sheets were disgusting and filthy, washing machine and microwave were broken. The pool was filthy and the couch had sand all over it when we arrived. Zero water pressure. Had to ask for chairs for around the pool. No beach chairs. The patio was definitely no what was in the pictures. No dish towels or face towels. No hand soaps or dishwasher detergent. Had a full house generator that didn't work when the power went out twice. Not sure what happened to this place but we wont be back.

No washer dryer unfortunately. Comfortable beds. Bring your own shampoo etc. Wish coffee was there. Beautiful pool and view. Kayaks great. Pool floats need replacing. Get an suv. Roads very rough! Loved watching sunsets and viewing stars after dinner. Would recommend!

Wonderful stay!

Phenomenal location, beautiful view!!!!! Having paddleboards and kayaks was fantastic- such a neat location with the sand bars right off the shoreline. Highly recommended house and location!

Just OK

The view was beautiful. But there were issues inside and outside of the house.There was not anything posted or written regarding any rules of the house or grounds, so we were unaware about the water. We went through a five gallon container for drinking, cooking and ice in the first three days. When we needed more, the House Manager told us we were only provided one and we were responsible for buying more. He did not share where we should go to buy more. It would have been nice to know that we needed to ration the water. Also, the water out of the faucets and shower was literally a dribble and came out orange. We actually ran out of water on day 3. Made taking showers and cleaning up in the kitchen difficult.There was also bugs everywhere. Especially in the kitchen. The house manager said he would need to fumigate. Obviously that didn’t help us. It was disgusting. We captured and killed a giant Cockroach in the dining room. The pool was filthy. The dirt and bugs on the floor of the pool makes me wonder if it has been cleaned in a year. It was in need of a pool vacuum and filter clean.

Beautiful view. Enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards. Roads leading to house are rough so take your time. House was roomy and nice for a family of five but could use some upgrades. Kitchen moderately stocked. Washing machine was not working. Minimal communication from property manager.

Bonefish Flats Exuma Home

House was great. Enough space for our family of 6 - 2 grandparents, 2 adults, 2 kids (13, 9). Communication was easy but do wish check in instructions were given earlier. Upon arrival I had no cell service so was not aware that the proprty manager was going to be leaving the door unlocked for us. Not a huge deal but a little scary to start our trip with not knowing how to get into the home. The house was clean and as pictured. There were some linens with stains and the shower showed rust but otherwise in gclean. You will need an SUV to get to the house. Roads are rocky. . The property manager was attentive to whatever we needed but honestly didn't bother him.for much. The views were spectacular. The kayaks and paddleboards were great. Overall we had a great time. although

Beautiful Views

We had a wonderful stay in Exuma and we will be back. The property is as advertised. Stunning views of the water and islands/cays in the distance! Fantastic sunsets! Unfortunately for us, we had several days of rain. Having the kayaks and paddleboards were a boon. Husband and brother-in-law took them to the blue hole nearby.

Perfect vacation house

This was located in a quiet remote location with amazing views from the sand bars to the brilliant bright stars and amazing sunsets. It had everything we needed, kayaks, floats, coolers, kitchen appliances, beach gear etc. We enjoyed snorkeling off the deck, kayaking to the remote island, and the pool. Communication with the owner and property manager fantastic! Can’t wait to go again! It was off a gravel road so the jeep was the way to go! We even had food delivered by Dena’s donuts. Exuma is amazing and we didn’t miss not having a beach as we could enjoy the chairs on the patio and easy access to shallow water which extended all the way for 11/2 miles to mesquito cage.

Amazing Christmas Holiday at this lovely home!

We had a most enjoyable two week Christmas holiday at this wonderful house... and I highly recommend it! The owner, Michael, was excellent at communicating with us and super helpful. Joanes, his property manager, was awesome! What a lovely man! Super helpful, friendly, and very available to us if we had any questions. Joanes and Michael were able to find a beach umbrella for us to use during our stay which was awesome - free of charge! The layout of the house was great - the living room furniture was newer than what's in the pictures of the house - super comfortable and was fantastic for the 6 of us to hang out playing games at night. The beautiful view and sandbar out front were a lovely bonus - as were the paddle boards and kayaks. The house was perfect for the 6 of us (me and my husband, our 3 young adult children, and one of their boyfriend's). Everyone absolutely loved it, and loved the pool - we just didn't want it all to come to an end. Having the laundry machine there also was super helpful. I highly highly recommend this house - we felt incredibly safe there and well taken care of. I hope we get to go back again one day! Thank you Michael and Joanes for taking such good care of us! Wonderful waterfront to enjoy Exuma's beauty!

We stayed a week here and loved it. The "leeward" side was beautiful and calmer during a week with higher end winds. We were able to use the kayaks several times and kayaking to the sand bar was a great experience. The kitchen was set up for all of our cooking needs. The grill worked great. You cannot beat this view. It is spectacular and we are sure to return here as we felt safe and were close enough to Georgetown to feel centrally located. Thank you for sharing your place!

Love Seabreeze

This place is fantastic!! Location is just the best. We kayaked everyday. We used the paddle board. The pool is a wonderful amenity. The view is spectacular. The outside area has a gazebo with couches and a hammock. So peaceful and serene. We kayaked out to the island The check in process was smooth. The roads are a little rough so make sure you get a SUV

Paradise

The house was beautiful and very comfortable. The view from the deck and the pool was absolutely second to none. If you’re looking for peace and quiet and daily serenity and somewhere to stay where you don’t have to actually leave to go do anything this is the place. There is plenty to do on the island, but you’re going to need a rental car and the excursions aren’t cheap.
