Bright, comfortable, and wonderfully located on the ocean block in midtown Ocean City, this bright condo is a fantastic escape for summer beach-goers.
You'll be half a block from the beach in one direction and half a block from the Coastal Highway in the other, providing you with easy access to a wide variety of restaurants, shops, bars, markets, miniature golf courses, and other sources of entertainment. The Assawoman Bay Bridge and the Ocean City Tennis Center are just a block south, while the heart of the Ocean City Boardwalk is less than three miles south.
Back at your stay, you'll be welcomed inside by central air-conditioning, an open floor plan, and large glass doors that let in the light and lead outside to a spacious, private balcony. There's a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar, free WiFi throughout the condo, and large TVs in the living room and both bedrooms.

Nice place in a convenient location
Very nice basic rental unit. Well furnished including plenty of seating on the balcony. Sheets and towels are included, which is very helpful. Plenty of dishes, silverware, and pots and pans for our needs. There are some starter supplies but we did bring extra toilet paper and laundry detergent. The pool is open 10-8, so we weren’t able to use it. A few minutes’ walk to the beach, and lots of other things in walking distance as well. There are a few beach chairs and an umbrella in the closet, but bring your own beach towels.

Deceptive Luxury with Constant Frustration
Renters can tell immediately that this is an income property. Many aspects of this property are made to look pretty but are not at all functional. The floors are completely uneven and move under your feet. The balcony doors do not lock or close completely. The unit is beside Coastal Highway, so the noise of the traffic comes through, especially with the balcony doors that don't close completely. The unit was dirty, sticky, and had many issues. We had broken furniture that wasn't replaced it fixed throughout the stay, the dryer wasn't working and wasn't fixed. The dishes were filthy, the garbage disposal was clogged when we got there, and the entryway closet was non-functional. We were told my residents and board members of the condo that a swarm of seniors was evicted early the prior week. Why this unit wasn't looked over by the owner or property management company is beyond me. Our complaints at the corporate level were ignored initially, and we are currently in negotiations with them for compensation. I will not be renting anything dealing with Vacasa again. Ever. And I will NEVER recommend them to anyone else.
