The building has two elevators serving all floors, an indoor pool, ground floor lounge with free internet access, fitness center and billiards room. This condo features a kitchen (with a drip & Keurig coffeemaker) living area, 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. This property rents any 3 nights. Bed sizes include 1 king and 1 queen bed and a queen sleep sofa. Guest supplies bed linens, towels, paper goods and soaps. Washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for this property. Linens would be delivered to the condo for your arrival. A set would include a sheet set for each bed and a towel set for the occupancy of the condo. You will be able to add this option to your reservation for a fee if you wish. Guest does not pay the cleaning fee, it is paid for by owner (unless excessive)
Non-smoking/vaping. No pets permitted by guests. There will be a fee of $500 for violation of the pet policy. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
