It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. EV charging is not available/permitted on the premises. Doing so is cause for removal. There are charging stations at 100th St. bayside, 40th St. bayside, and at Royal Farms and Wawa in West Ocean City.

Perfect weekend getaway
Stayed for Sunfest weekend. Unit was just as described and better! Pictures don’t do it justice. Simple and neutral decor. Very clean. Kitchen was fully stocked. Views were beautiful. Great location. I will definitely rent again.

Wonderful place to stay!
The Constellation House, 209, was a wonderful place to stay with my family of five. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed, including a Ninja air fryer as a bonus. The beds were very comfortable, we slept well every night. Linens were included and there were extra pillows and blankets in the closet. The washer and dryer (large capacity) were very convenient and great to have available. The overall condo was clean, comfortable, and felt much larger than the pictures showed.
The balcony was spacious and the view is beautiful! You are directly in front of sand dunes, but high enough to see and hear the ocean waves. It is also very private and quiet.
In past visits to Ocean City we've stayed in high rises and greatly enjoyed staying in a smaller building this time. Parking was easy and convenient. The walk to the beach was short and sweet. There's an elevator available and we never waited more than one minute (on check in and check out day).
As always, the beach in Ocean City is one of our favorites. The amazing shoreline changes every day and we are always excited to see what the morning will bring. This is my families seventh year coming to Ocean City and The Constellation House was by far our favorite place to stay!
