This building has spacious one bedroom-one bath units and two bedroom-two bath units. Fully equipped with a dishwasher and air conditioning. Building features include a laundry room and elevator. Close to shops and restaurants. No pets, please.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This property was in a good neighborhood, beautiful view from our balcony! It would have been more convenient if check in was at the residence but it was only down the road.. overall it was a cute and cozy condo for the week:)

Properties in a great location and it’s pretty nice. Could’ve been cleaner we found two dried rigatoni’s on the floor. Air conditioners are very loud and there was some construction going on the last two days. All in all had a good time but there could’ve been some improvements to the property

Great place, Few kitchen amenities

Very sparse amenities in the kitchen. Usually there are some staples like oil, sugar, salt. This is unusual, since we flew to OC this posed a real problem. Linens and towels were excellent. With family getting together, the kitchen was a problem. Glasses, flat wear was also short. I love this building but disappointed in these shortcomings.
