The kitchen has undergone renovations recently (2021) and offers all major appliances (dishwasher and coffee maker included) - you have everything you need to channel your inner chef and delight your loved ones with tasty meals and beach snacks. Come back from the beach to an air-conditioned condo - take a refreshing shower and gather around the flatscreen TV for an entertaining evening at home. Pull out any of the board games available and challenge each other to a friendly match at the six-person dining table, or if you would like to enjoy some fresh air and breeze, the private balcony offers a nice outdoor table as well.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Unit was great-Vacasa is terrible

The unit was perfect, clean, and great location. The screen door was locked to the unit and we reached out to Vacasa to help us. The person I spoke to reached out to the local office that manages the property and NO ONE reached out to help us-I had to ask neighbors to assist us with getting into the unit. I called Vacasa numerous times and NEVER received a call back. We were locked out for hours-terrible service.

This property has plenty of room for a family of 4 (or more). The steps are a bit narrow going up to the 2nd level. Hall shower is a bit wonky and drips if you dont switch it off which runs out the hot water but, after you figure that out, its nice having 2 showers. Otherwise - clean. Comfortable. Right by the beach and within walking distance to the bay. You can even see the ocean from the porch.

This condo is in a great location, you can see the beach and bay views from the balcony. Nice furnishings, though one of the double beds is extremely hard/firm. This condo suited our needs, but could have been cleaned better.
