Our Place at the Beach is only about 2 blocks to the beach but is nestled in a quiet bayside location with lovely trees all around. This two bedroom 2 bath condo is spacious and has an amazing view of the wetlands and bay. Enjoy quite sunsets on your private balcony and stroll over to the community pool for a dip. Unit 203D has a king bed in main bedroom, queen bed in 2nd bedroom and a queen sleep sofa in the living room. Equipped with central air, washer/dryer, 2 flat screen TV's (one smart TV), 2 reserved parking spaces. This property will do flex stays with a 4 day minimum. CONTROL # 0070856
