Oceanfront updated luxury condo on 100th St.! Vacation in style in this gorgeous 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom condo. You'll love the amazing view of the Atlantic Ocean and beach from the living areas, master bedroom and balcony! Upgrades include stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and new white cabinets in the kitchen. Master bathroom has a custom tile shower with glass door! There is luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout! Main bedroom has a king sized bed and second bedroom has a queen sized bed and pull out sofa so you can sleep 6 people comfortably. Wifi and cable TV are both provided by the building. Enjoy large Smart TVs in the living room and master bedroom. Second bedroom also has a smart TV. There is a washer and dryer in the condo and 2 assigned parking spaces are provided. This condo is on the sixth floor and the building has an elevator.

Enjoy easy beach access as your unit is only a few steps from the ocean! Located in the heart of uptown Ocean City surrounded by restaurants, bars, mini golf, shopping & grocery stores is only a few blocks away. Gold Coast Mall is located directly across the street offering several shops, restaurants, a gym and much more!

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25. Also, this is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets, sorry.

*Comforters/blankets and pillows are provided. However, linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $103.65. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillow cases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so.
