Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Things that need attention

The key to the front door doesn't want to work in the door knob, we couldn't lock except for the deadbolt. The floors were flithy. The bed in the master bedroom is off the frame and leaning, The sliding door to the porch from the bedroom doesn't lock. The second bedroom door knob doesn't turn so if the door latches, you can't get out. The dresser drawers in the second bedbroom are broken. There is no towel rack in the hall bathroom and both bathrooms shower curtains were covered in mildew. Last but not least, the fridge kept gathering water in the bottom which we had to daily drain out manually.

Cute condo

Cute condo, but definitely needs some updates in such things as lights and outlets. The cleaning staff definitely needs to up their game before a family rents it. A punch code would be recommended instead of one key for mmultiplepeople.

Overall, was fine. Definitely needs some updated. The door to the porch was extremely difficult to open. The door from the master to the porch wouldnt open at all. The light in the master bath didn’t work. There were holes in the walls. The recliner was broken with sharp metal exposed. My two year old cut her leg on it. A great location and it was nice for the price but would try to fix those things. Also, the door knob to the other bedroom was difficult to open

Great location and view, but...

First the positive : - Good location, great view - Large apartment - Lots of beach equipment provided However, the unit did not get "professional" but only minimal cleaning before we arrived. We had to perform a lot of it ourselves. The blackout curtain mechanism is broken in the main room. The control panel of the kitchen range is broken, leaving the operation of the oven unsafe, etc. This unit needs a lot of love from Vacasa.
