The building offers Indoor & outdoor heated pools ping pong room arcade room seasonal gift shop (open only in summer) saunas in both restrooms on the second floor and a deli for breakfast and lunch! This lovely 3 Bedroom condo is ready to make your new vacation memories!

*As a thank you for staying with Coastal Resort Sales and Rentals in Ocean City MD we offer each reservation a complimentary welcome beach bag which includes paper towels bathroom tissue laundry and dish detergents trash bags and even bathroom toiletries!

* Your reservation includes a $75 building resort fee required by the Quay building. This building resort fee includes one parking space for the duration of your stay. Additional spaces are available on a 1st come 1st serve basis at $12/ day or $75 for the week.

Great spot with lots of amenities and fun things to do. Elevator was really quick so even being on 20th floor was easy to manage. 3 elevators meant no waiting too

Quay in Ocean City, MD

The property was just as listed. It was clean, well stocked with everything you would need for cooking. Linens were supplied which was great. The view was to die for! I will definitely book again. Thank you for a wonderful vacation 🙂
