While away from the hustle and bustle of the city, attractions are close by, and bus stops are out front of the building for convenient travel throughout OCMD. There is a pool and lounge area to relax by/in or take a short stroll to the beach. Fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, dining room, furnished patio, in unit washer and dryer, wireless internet, TVs, DVD player, linens provided, accessible, elevator, assigned covered parking stall. Rentals are weekly Friday to Friday. Renter must be 21+ years of age and present / staying at property per HOA rules. No pets.
