The beautiful indoor pool allows for relaxing swims year-round, while the fitness center will help you keep that "beach body" in tip-top shape. Perhaps a challenging game of tennis at the outdoor court is more your style or a shooting some hoops at the indoor basketball court? The kids will love the game room that features video games, ping pong table, pool table and an air hockey table. For those looking for peace and quiet, stop by the building library and find a good book for your stay!

Purchased in 2023, this amazing 2 BR 2 BA unit sleeps 6 and is ready for summer fun. This unit is nicely decorated and furnished throughout. The kitchen features granite countertops, a beautiful tile backsplash, some newer appliances and has everything you need for cooking your meals from home. A washer and dryer are conveniently located in the unit too! There are TV's in all of the bedrooms including a new TV in the living and wireless internet for "working from home". When you are done from your fun filled day, be sure to relax on the balcony to enjoy that cool summer breeze and your view of the water!

* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
* A $75.00 non-refundable building registration fee is due upon arrival. The fee entitles you to one numbered parking spot. An additional spot may be available for an additional fee on a first come/ first served basis. All parking is handled by the onsite security desk.

* This condo is on the 4th floor. Capri is an elevator building.
* The indoor pool is open year-round.
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)

* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 110th street.
* This unit includes bed linens, towel sets, hotel quality bathmats and kitchen hand towels.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

There is a side view of the ocean. in the summer you would see on the deck. Unit needs a deep clean. Which winter time of the year, I thought that would have been done. Dust under all furniture. King bed comfortable, singles ok for kids. Kids well stocked. Pool water was cold. Everyone that had signed into pool wrote a note it was cold. We have stayed at capri before. Just an 80's building that needs updated.

Thanksgiving trip

The property was amazing. Very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. This was a big help in making some Thanksgiving dishes. The building was very nice and while it wasn’t beach weather it was great to wake up and see the ocean! The only bad part is the fee to park especially in the off season when there was plenty of space.

Clean, fresh with nice ammeneties

The condo was fresh and clean, a comfortable stay for a family of 4. We enjoyed the amenities in the codo, the indoor pool is great, as was the indoor basketball and arcade area with easy access to the beach. There is a $75 parking fee you must pay which I didn't realize until after booking, other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Place was as expected. Nice layout for quick weekend and easy access to beach. However better information on required equipment for game room would have been appreciated. Also, while pet-free unit, neighboring unit were pet-friendly so had to deal with barking dogs at times.

First, the check in time of 4, while checkout at 10 is no good. There were bath mats that were dirty and gross, with hair all over the tub and floor. The floor dips in a little by the windows and the wall looks uneven by sofa windows. That’s a bit concerning. The codes to the gym don’t work. The code to building in the email/pdf don’t correspond to the actual codes that work. The vacuum is broken. The pots/pans could use some upgrade. Have a descent ice machine. The pics are deceiving due to the mirror on the wall. For what we spent. We expected more.
