Completely Renovated in 2021. Don't Miss Out on this SPECTACULAR 2 bedroom, 2 full bath ocean block condo. Just steps away from the beach. You can also sit on your back deck and watch the waves roll in the ocean. This lovely condo will comfortably accommodate your family of 7 featuring a fully equipped kitchen, wifi, washer & dryer. The Master Bedroom has a Queen bed and a private bath, the 2nd Bedroom has a Pyramid Bunk Bed, and the Living Room has a Queen sleep sofa. This condo is in a great central location in Ocean City, close to restaurants, bars, entertainment and just a short drive to the boardwalk.
The building complex features a community pool and kiddie pool, outside shower and 2 parking spots. Property rents Saturday-Saturday in season and any 3 nights off season.
Guest supplies bed linens, towels, paper goods and soaps. Washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for this property. Linens would be delivered to the condo for your arrival. A set would include a sheet set for each bed and a towel set for the occupancy of the condo. You will be able to add this option to your reservation for a fee if you wish.
No smoking/vaping permitted. No pets, please. Our property owners do not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25

decent condo but.....

Condo was decent but it was very dirty. We had to have a cleaning person come back and there was still food crumbs and spills, sand, clothing, dust, food wrappers, etc. everywhere. The dishes seemed to have been put away wet and or dirty. The stove top was covered with grease. The rented, dirty linens from the previous guest were still in a pile at the eating area when we arrived. I drug those outside and they sat there for 3 days before someone finally gathered them up. There was hardly any place to hang anything in the unit including bath towels. Sofa was ok but the rest of the furniture wasn't very comfortable. The dresser drawers wouldn't open. The coffee pot was missing a part and was useless. Porch furniture consisted of 4 small chairs. The pool was filthy every day and there was dangerous construction debris lying in the stairwells and elsewhere on the property. For the money we paid for this rental, the experience should have been much better. I really feel that we should have received a more substantial refund for our troubles/hassles.
