The Sea Watch in Ocean City, offers everything a vacationer could want. Enjoy the beach or the building's many amenities which include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, complimentary movie theater, fitness facility, saunas, huge game room, snack and soda shop, playground, basketball court, tennis courts, volleyball court, and a beautiful interior courtyard. There are six elevators and a guarded parking garage for your convenience.

THINGS TO KNOW
The indoor pool is not guaranteed in the off-season. Please contact us for off-season availability.
This retreat features a den/sunroom that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area for your convenience.
The den is open without a partition or wall.
Sea Watch charges $75 cash or credit card for one parking space from May 1 through October 31st. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. Additional spots may be available on a first-come-first-served basis for the same cost. Parking is limited to cars, pickups, and vans no more than seven feet high.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Great location, worn condo

First be advised check-in can take a bit. Everyone with a 4pm check in is funneled to a window at the front of the parking garage as you pull in. This building has around 400 units so its a lot of people at one time. There’s one garage elevator and a wait for luggage bins. From pulling in until I got our bags into the room and sat down took 50 minutes. Tip-go park, let crowd die down while you head to room and go get your bags later. Room-when I come down to the beach I’m looking for functional, decor is irrelevant, and it’s late season at the beach so some wear and tear is expected. This place is barely functional. Like every bit of use and value has been extracted from every object and they are all spent. The deck and view makes up for the room. Sit out there all day, I came to hear the ocean. Location was excellent, close to everything, some nice amenities in building for the kid. Pool was fine but can get busy. I wouldn't rule it out but given the rates I probably look for other options before I stayed here again.

We were very happy with the unit at Sea Watch. It is a family friendly building.

We had stayed in many condos over the last 34 years at Ocean City MD. We had a couple of issues that were resolved very quickly. Example, cracked coffee pot and a broken patio chair. The only thing I'd recommend it to buy deep pocket sheets for the beds. We had put the sheets on every morning as they wouldn't fit over the actual mattress.
