This is our second Summer staying in this beautiful unit. The unit feels more like a home than a condo is extremely spacious all the bedrooms are large the living area is expansive with vaulted ceilings. Though the Furnishings are not brand new the home decor and style of the overall unit is super cute! When you're on the balcony your balcony you glance to your right and see the bay and the Beautiful sunset, and you glance to the left and see the ocean and the breaking waves. The location is amazing you cannot get a better rental in this location with three bedrooms and is also dog friendly. It was so easy to check in. The Wi-Fi worked great everything was comfortable and the host was so easy to communicate with it's a five-star A rental! Can't wait to come back next year!

Great location. The condo is clean. Water pressure in shower is good. The listing on Vrbo has a TV. However, the TV has no access to cable. We contacted the owner 2x with no response. We contacted Vrbo, but that still yielded no answers. The year before, the TV worked. The handle on the microwave is broken. Panels are missing at both sliding glass doors. This causes sunlight to come into the bedroom area. The screen is also broken at both sliding glass doors.

Great Location, But Poor Condition – Would Not Recommend

We stayed in July and were very disappointed. While the location is excellent, the condo had serious maintenance and cleanliness issues—broken blinds, filthy bedding, clogged drains, missing lightbulbs, and visible mold.The refrigerator didn’t work, the toilet flooded the unit, and we spent hours cleaning up water in the middle of the night. Communication with the host was poor throughout.We were promised (and received) a partial refund, but several of us got sick after staying in the master bedroom—likely due to the mold.Overall, not worth the hassle.

Property is listed as a 4 bedroom. IT IS NOT. No instructions to bring your own bed linens or bath towels. NOT LISTED during booking and not communicated to bring our own. Only 1 TV in the entire place and it was broken. Overall… Beautiful place! Awesome location. Swimming pool was cleaned daily. Keypad to the entrance was easy to use.
