DIRECT OCEANFRONT AND BOARDWALK with indoor pool! That's right, overlook the Atlantic Ocean, beach and famous boardwalk! 1 bedroom condo on the boardwalk and close to everything! Bedroom has 2 double (full sized) beds and a TV and there is a queen sleep sofa in the living room - sleep 6 comfortably! Washer and dryer in condo and elevator in building. Relax in the bar height adirondack chairs on the balcony, drink your favorite drink and watch the sights and sounds of the famous Ocean City Boardwalk! The pool is normally open from May - September from 10 am - 9 pm. You'll also be with a few blocks of Hammerhead's Bar and Grill, DaVinci's by the Sea, Subway Sub Shop and numerous bike rental and other boardwalk stores. Condo has one parking spot, cable TV and high speed wifi internet. PERFECT LOCATION! .

*Property comes with comforters/blankets and pillows. Linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $99.00. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillow cases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

**We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.**

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.

Perfect location

Right on yhe boardwalk, walking distance to about everything. Even when the weather was not good, we could enjoy the balcony and only 5 minute drove or less to activities. Property was as expected, clean, easy checkin and check out process as well. We will definitely check if available when we visit ocean city again. Way better than a cramped hotel room!!

it was like being right on the beach without the sand! Memorial Weekend was a bit chilly, so we didn't venture to the beach, however, we practically were right on top of it with this view. We sunbathed with our mimosas on the balcony, and listened to the loud crashing waves from inside! We cooked breakfast everyday, had everything we needed. We brought our own sheets, towels and paper products, but everything else was in the unit. I will return to this same unit for sure! I loved this place and fell in love with the crab figure! Thank you!

On the Boardwalk

This place waa next to perfect for my damily and I. The only thinf I didn't like had nothing to do with anything within the control of the owner. (The smokeshop downstairs got to be a bit much but was easily ignorable most times.) The location is great. The beach access is right in front of the house. My family and I plan to come back again. This was probably one of our favorite places we've rented so far.

Perfection on the boardwalk!

This condo was beautifully decorated and very well equipped with an abundance of dishes and pots and pans. Of course the boardwalk location is my absolute favorite. The condo was very clean. We had one small issue with the door keypad and the property manager returned our text in less than 5 minutes and the problem was fixed 2 minutes later. We were thankful and very impressed! Would stay here again.

Place was very clean and had nice decor, but smaller.It is a great place for a couple or a small family, 3-4 people. Didn't like/hated the store front employees smoking in the hall by the elevators, a lot of the time.

Amazing views

The property is in a great location. Very neutral to grocery stores, the boardwalk, restaurants and the beach access is directly across the street. The views are amazing! The balcony is great to sit on and people watch while having a drink or meal. A little on the small side when it comes to the bathroom and kitchen if you have a family as I did but sleeps plenty. The only downfall was the not being able to check in until promptly at 4:00 and then I had some issues with the wrong access code being given to me which was frustrating but was handled by the owner in a timely manner.
