Dated but likeableThere are no TVs in the bedrooms. There are no Tvs in the bedrooms. Parking is 60. The kitchen and the bathrooms are fine. The list of things that need to be replaced or updated is lengthy. The parking pass was a surprise I didn't pay attention to before booking. Some light switches near the kitchen did nothing - maybe need bulbs. The living room furniture is visibly stained and needs cleaning if not replacement. The balconies are both lovely, although the main slider from the living room to the oceanside balcony is unusable. Very cool to have balconies on both sides of the building. The building itself is great. Multiple elevators and a beautiful new pool. Both sliders and their window treatments need to be replaced. The bedroom slider needs blockout shades for sleeping-in days. We did not get linens for the sofa bed. When we cleaned up for checkout we found quite the collection of garbage in the cabinet under the sink housing the trash can including food stuff and cigarette butts. We were given the correct code to enter the unit itself, but were not given the pool code or the code to enter the lobby after hours. Luckily someone let my daughter in late at night when she arrived. Check with the staff in the main office for the right codes. The host people were pretty accessible via text, only not when my daughter couldn't get in. In my case the price was right and I would stay again hoping to find some items updated.
