Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Beautiful views with much to do!

We enjoyed our quick stay at Carousel! Windy beach days with cold water, but my two boys loved running around looking for shells. The indoor pool and game rooms were both a hit! Would definitely return.

Ocean city Carousel Hotel

The hotel itself is very nice as far as the amenities… indoor/outdoor pool, restaurants, bars, gift shop, views from the room were amazing , but our room was not very clean. It had stains on the comforter when we arrived, which they did replace right away and the couches were stained. There was a smell of urine that we think was coming from the middle bathroom. The room just needs a deep cleaning.

Short Getaway

Unfortunately the apartment was not clean at all! There was a foul urine smell all over. Even after we contacted the property manager and they sent the cleaning crew to clean again, the smell was not gone! The carpets in the bedrooms were full of stains, and the bathroom in the main area was smelly no matter how much we cleaned! Both shower curtains had mold and mildew! Dishwasher was not emptied, that was also the case with the washing machine! We were all disappointed!
