Welcome to Trade Winds unit 203. Located Ocean Block on 139th Street - just a short walk to the beach. Your family of 4 will enjoy this freshly painted cozy 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo featuring a king bed in the primary bedroom and queen sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit has a fully equipped kitchen with an automatic drip coffee maker and Keurig, washer, dryer, dishwasher, 2- tvs, Wi-Fi and a side balcony with a view of the ocean. Parking is for 1 car only, but street parking is available. The bathroom has a shower only. This owner offer's a discount to military members/families. Guests supplies all sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. Washer and dryer in condo for your convenience. Non-smoking, non-vaping. No pets, please. This property rents any 3 nights. Property owner does not rent to groups under the age of 25. The central reservation people did not explain anything from startTo finish very cold I heard other people come in and complain about things wrong with other places and they called the numbers and nobody ever helped them. Red flag trigger there when you don’t hire enough people to do the job it comes down to greed and not about the customer. I will never go to a place that I pay all that money for and have to make sure it’s clean when I leave or be charged extra and ha e to bring my own toilet paper sheets ect come on are you that cheap I knew it Was part of the deal but it’s just to much work I am on vacation I do notT want to worry about cleaning I could stay home and do that so thank you but no thank you The place was nice and clean
