New For 2025! Welcome to Trade Winds unit 203. Located Ocean Block on 139th Street - just a short walk to the beach. Your family of 4 will enjoy this freshly painted cozy 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo featuring a king bed in the primary bedroom and queen sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit has a fully equipped kitchen with an automatic drip coffee maker, washer, dryer, dishwasher, 2- tvs, Wi-Fi and a side balcony with a view of the ocean. Parking is for 1 car only, but street parking is available. The bathroom has a shower only. Guests supplies all sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. Washer and dryer in condo for your convenience. Non-smoking, non-vaping. No pets, please. This property rents any 3 nights. Property owner does not rent to groups under the age of 25. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our properties including photos, descriptions, pricing and amenities shown above. Although they are deemed reliable, they cannot be guaranteed.
