She s a beauty! A jaw-dropping private ocean front primary suite welcomes you to Unit 1922! This great split-level floor plan offers a 2nd private bedroom downstairs with a spectacular view of Assawoman Bay sunsets. An additional full bathroom is located right outside the bedroom door. Slide through the beautifully decorated living area to the huge beachfront balcony or comfortably gather inside for meals prepared in the well-stocked kitchen. Pack light and take advantage of the convenient washer and dryer. The Century I building offers an indoor pool and is only a short walk to many fantastic Ocean City restaurants and family entertainment.
Additional Fees: A $50 Parking Fee is required at check-in and payable to Century One upon registration.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: The Century One building is under construction beginning Labor Day 2025 through Memorial Day 2026. This unit will be significantly affected by the construction.
