Welcome to your slice of heaven at The Capri! Located on the 18th floor, this unit offers breathtaking views of both the Atlantic Ocean and Assawoman Bay. The bright, open living area welcomes you with natural light and incredible scenery, creating the perfect place to relax after a day on the beach. Step out onto the private balcony to take in the sights and sounds of the ocean, or simply enjoy the views from the comfort of the living room. The fully stocked kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals at home, while the dining and living spaces provide plenty of room to gather and unwind. Both bedrooms feature beautiful window views. The primary bedroom includes two queen beds and a private full bathroom, while the second bedroom is furnished with a full and twin bed with a full bathroom located just across the hall. For added convenience, the unit also includes a washer and dryer, making it easy to refresh after a day in the sand.

The Capri provides outstanding year-round amenities, including an indoor pool, fitness center, sauna, game room, tennis courts, and library. Located on 110th Street, you're just steps from the beach and within easy walking distance to shopping, grocery stores, and restaurants.

A $75 building amenity fee per week is included with your reservation and covers one parking space. Additional parking may be available directly through The Capri on a first-come, first-served basis at $10 per day or $55 per week.

Overall great experience but…

This is a great unit with a great view right on the beach. Everything was as described and access to resources was relatively easy. We had a few issues with the access code not working, running out of hot water if we all tried to shower at the same time, and the internet being slow or choppy at times, but overall we were happy until we had plumbing issues. Property manager was called and on top of things, but the plumber closed the first ticket without fixing the problem. Ultimately, the issue needed a new part, so it was never resolved before our departure. The last night the other shower had a different issue and while the property manager was on it, again the plumber was not able to come to resolve the problem prior to our departure. Property manager called to apologize on our way home and, after speaking to the owner, issued us a discount which we appreciated!

Check in and parking was difficult and took time to resolve . Once settled in we were very pleased with the room and the amenities the property had to offer. This was our 1st trip to OC MD and we loved the city as well .
