Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Upon arrival, the place looked immaculately, cleaned and smelled of disinfectant It was pretty clean, but the dishwasher had not been run and the coffeepot was dirty. It was very comfortable for two people. The beds were comfortable. View is gorgeous. Very easy access to the beach The air conditioner could not keep up. The furniture is on the old side and the bathrooms are also original. so when you’re paying the same amount for a upgraded place, it’s a little difficult To review a place that has not been upgraded since the 70s 80s, but it’s old. No blinds in the living room area. So you couldn’t keep the heat out during the day. The kitchen is not stocked very well. Lots of old pots and pans, And most needed to be washed. but no mixer no strainer no small lids for the pots. I did find a rusty cheese shredder to use. (Get the picture) Bring your own knives. They have some steak knives.

Great location

Spacious condo right on the beach. It had updated floors and the kitchen was in good shape. The bedrooms are large compared to other condos we've rented. It can use some updates in the bathrooms, but for the money it was good. The view from the balcony was excellent. We enjoyed our stay.
