This Delightful 2 Bed, 2 Bath Condo is spacious for your family of 7. It features a fully equipped kitchen including a Keurig & Drip coffee pot. The Master Bedroom features a King Bed and private full bath w/tub & shower. The 2nd Bedroom features a Pyramid bunk with a queen and a single. The Hall Bath offers a tub & shower combo. The Living Room provides a Queen Sleep Sofa. The over-sized balcony is great for relaxing and enjoying side views of the ocean and bay. The owners provide a storage bin located on the balcony that has 6 Beach chairs, 2-umbrellas and sand toys for Guest to use. Wifi, cable , 3- TV's (2 are smart tvs), washer & dryer, central air provided for your convenience. Property rents Saturday-Saturday in season and any 3 nights off season.
Building Amenities include: Elevator, outside faucet & luggage carts in parking garage next to elevator & 2-assigned parking spots. Don't miss out on this adorable condo.
Guests need to supply sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
This property is Non-Smoking/ Non-Vaping and No pets, please. There is a designated smoking area in the alleyway. Violators can be fined.

Great place to stay!

Nice place to stay. We were in town for the Oceans Calling festival so we didn’t spend a lot of time inside. The beach was beautiful. Easy check in and check out.

Nice and clean unit, comfortable bed and furniture, and everything provided in the kitchen. Good to have a drip coffee maker in addition to the Keurig. There is a hair dryer provided so maybe add that to the amenities list. Plenty of towel racks, which is great too. Only minor complaint is bad lighting in the bathroom. Nice unit and it was great to have everything we needed!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The unit is perfect location, clean, kitchen had what we needed and the balcony is a nice size. We are not so sure we would stay there again:( using a key each time to get on and off the elevator was scrambling for the the key however with it being a very secure building, I understand but a lot when your hands are full and needing both hands just to get in the elevator!!! There was a combination keypad for the unit to get in and also was given a key to get in which we needed due to both myself & my husband left our phones in the unit with the picture of the combination lol, to find that the keys did not work so we were locked out for a little while. The property management sent a locksmith out quickly and got it fixed with the correct key. The beds were not comfortable!!! plus mattress was covered with heavy plastic, along with all pillows, which we understood but however, could hear the the sound of the plastic covers when you would move. Our second parking spot was in front of a dumpster, not in a very good secure area, the dump truck showed up when I was parking the driver asked me if I could wait until he emptied it out!! There was no way he was going to be able to get to the dumpster with my car parked there so decided to park on the street. We did get checked in about two hours earlier which was awesome:)

Loved our stay!

We always love to stay at the Salty Sands because of the location. We took a risk on this space as it had no reviews, and we were pleasantly surprised with the stay. The unit was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. We loved having a keypad entry as we didn't have to worry about keys. We were even offered early admittance to the unit which was a huge plus. We definitely will stay again!
