You will be your kid’s hero as they easily walk to the beach, boardwalk, amusement park and new downtown recreation & skate park just to name a few. You’ll also love the fact that you can leave the car parked and not have to drive all over downtown to find a parking spot! This condo is within walking distance to some of the finest restaurants and entertainment that Ocean City offers. It is also convenient for those that participate in sporting events/activities on the inlet end of the beach and it's just a quick drive over the Rt. 50 bridge to even more entertainment and great outlet shopping.

This spacious unit is nicely decorated and has TVs in every room. The large kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and is ready for those nights that you want to stay in and cook. There is also a washer in dryer in the unit for your convenience. You'll enjoy plenty of space in the living room to relax and great sleeping options in the three bedrooms. The spacious outside deck provides plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy those cool evening bay breezes! For those who like to be near the inlet and the boardwalk, this is the perfect spot!

* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 during the Memorial/Labor Day weekends or holidays.
* Check-in is 4pm and checkout is 10am.
* Linen & Towel Rental available upon request or guests can bring their own.
* This condo is on the 2nd floor. Bay to Beach is not an elevator building.
* One uncovered parking spot is provided. Additional street parking is available.
* Easy access to the beach and boardwalk.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 13th street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 7 is the maximum occupancy, including children and infants.
