The place was nice and clean when we walked in but as we started to settle in we noticed some not so nice things. The front screen door would not latch so it slammed open when it got windy, the sliding glass doors to the balcony were hard to open and close, the towel rack was half off the wall in main bedroom bath, when the wind blew all the drop ceiling areas slammed up and down, coffee pod maker was broke, there was a big crack above and on the side of the front door, and the washer leaked water all over the floor clear over to the oven and I had to call maintenance to come and look at it just for them to say" There's nothing wrong with it".

2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
When we arrived at the condo, it was dirty. The carpets had cut toenails on it. The bathrooms had sand in it. The showers had mold the air conditioning vents had mold. It was old and outdated. The microwave was filthy. Both toilet seats in the two bathrooms were cracked and had to be replaced. We had to clean the refrigerator and stove before using it. In one of the bedrooms, there was outlet that had no cover on it. We've rented through Verbo for many years and have never come across a property in such disarray. I would not recommend this property. It would never stay there again. This condo was located in the carousel building. The whole building is in need of work and updates ,the elevators malfunctioned several days when we were there one day my adult daughter was stuck in there for several minutes with six other guests and from what we've heard it happens often. I would not recommend this property to anybody.
Some kind of goo in the shower.
